I recently had the opportunity to share a day focused on the technical, educational, and professional values \u200b\u200bof Vocational Training with students from the Felipe Trigo High School in M\u00f3stoles (Madrid). It was an enriching, engaging, and much-needed meeting to continue highlighting the value of Vocational Training that is connected to the realities of the job market and the current challenges of the energy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the day, we discussed attitude, commitment, continuous learning, and pride in the profession\u2014values \u200b\u200bthat are as important today as technical knowledge. Vocational Training not only develops skills but also prepares individuals capable of adapting, growing, and contributing real solutions in a constantly evolving environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience would not have been possible without the collaboration of MAXGE, a company that perfectly embodies the evolution of the electricity sector. From its beginnings linked to Retelec to its current consolidation as a European division, MAXGE has become a benchmark brand, demonstrating that growth, innovation, and investing in young talent can\u2014and should\u2014go hand in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies supporting educational institutions and vocational training students is not just a matter of social responsibility; it’s a strategic decision. Investing in the training of new professional talent in the electricity and energy sector is undoubtedly a step in the right direction to guarantee the sustainability, competitiveness, and future of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My thanks to IES Felipe Trigo, its teachers, and its students for their commitment, and to MAXGE for demonstrating that when business and education work together, the impact is real and lasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
