Some visits are unforgettable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And some educational centers, when you experience them firsthand, reaffirm your commitment to the true meaning of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Christmas, I had the opportunity to visit the Giner Polytechnic School in Madrid, a center that stands out not only for its wide and carefully curated educational offerings, but for something much more important: the way it educates, supports, and shapes individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Beyond learning about its Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Vocational Training programs, there was one project that particularly touched my heart because of what it represents and the time of year: the center’s Christmas market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf84 A project that begins in October\u2026 and culminates in December with emotion, learning, and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since October, students and instructors from all the Basic Vocational Training programs have been leading this very special project, which goes far beyond simply setting up a market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here, planning, responsibility, teamwork, creativity, management, communication\u2026 and, above all, the pride of doing things well are fostered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A huge challenge that extends beyond Basic Vocational Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project involves students from Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training programs, creating a true educational community where no one is left out and everyone contributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcca Participation figures are spectacular, but the real value lies in what isn’t measured:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The students’ genuine involvement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The teachers’ collaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meaningful learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The values \u200b\u200btransmitted without the need for textbooks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udca1 This is also Vocational Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Christmas market is a perfect example of what Vocational Training should be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Learning by doing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Learning together<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Learning with purpose<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Learning for life<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Projects like this demonstrate that Vocational Training is not a backup plan, but an educational path of excellence when approached with vision, commitment, and heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\ude4f Thank you to the Giner Polytechnic School in Madrid for opening its doors to me during these special days and for reminding us that education is also about inspiring, engaging, and believing in the talent of each student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
