And there couldn&#8217;t have been a better way to end the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentoring isn&#8217;t just about academic guidance or discussing career paths. But also about values, commitment, and the importance of Vocational Training as a real, dignified, and opportunity-filled path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ending the year with this final mentoring session reaffirms something I&#8217;m very clear about: investing time in young people is one of the best investments we can make as a society. Vocational Training needs role models, support, and partnerships between organizations, companies, and committed individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the Impulsa Foundation for making this mentoring program possible and for believing in volunteering as a tool for social transformation. And thanks, especially, to my student, for his attitude, his effort, and for reminding me every day why it&#8217;s worth continuing to invest in Vocational Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We closed out the year supporting others.
