There are presentations that go beyond an academic or literary event. They are moments that connect with people, with ideas, and with the purpose<\/strong> that gives meaning to everything we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 8th<\/strong>, I had the honour of presenting my book Construyendo Caminos Duales<\/em><\/strong> in a place full of history, values, and educational commitment: the Salesian School Sant\u00edsima Trinidad of Seville<\/strong>. I was joined by a great friend and business leader, Paco \u00c1lvarez<\/strong>, Business Development Director at Niessen \u2013 ABB Group<\/strong>, with whom I shared a deeply motivational talk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We talked about vocation, talent, and the future<\/strong>.
About how Dual Vocational Education and Training (VET)<\/strong> not only brings education closer to employment but also bridges two worlds that truly need each other<\/strong>: the classroom and the company. Because Dual VET is exactly that \u2014 a real bridge between learning and action<\/strong>, between theory and experience, between dreaming and building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was participative, close, and inspiring<\/strong>.
You could see it in the students\u2019 eyes, in their questions, in their genuine interest in understanding how every decision, every learning step, can open solid and meaningful professional paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to sincerely thank the Salesian community<\/strong> for their hospitality and their commitment to educational excellence<\/strong>, and Francisco \u00c1lvarez<\/strong> for his vision and for believing that collaboration between education and business is the key to building a more prepared, humane, and sustainable society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcd8 Construyendo Caminos Duales<\/em> is more than a book. It\u2019s an invitation to keep believing in what we build together<\/strong>, to keep the hope alive that Vocational Education and Training<\/strong> will increasingly become the natural path toward the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
