Early school dropout is not an individual problem, but a collective challenge<\/strong>. In Catalonia, more than 23,000 young people<\/strong> have left their studies before completing post-compulsory education \u2014 a figure that calls for reflection and action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For years, I have been working to promote and dignify Vocational Education and Training (VET)<\/strong>, create pathways of opportunity<\/strong>, and make young talent visible<\/strong> for those who choose professional and technical careers. That\u2019s why joining the Zero School Dropout Week<\/strong> as a public advocate<\/strong> is a natural continuation of this commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From October 20th to 27th<\/strong>, Catalonia will host activities, workshops, talks, and shared experiences \u2014 all under one goal: to build a network that supports, guides, and accompanies young people so that no one is left behind<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 60 organizations, educational centers, municipalities, and institutions<\/strong> will lead more than 100 initiatives<\/strong> across the region, from Cambrils to Olot, Oliana to L\u2019Hospitalet, and through Manresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I take part because I strongly believe that the solution lies in connecting efforts<\/strong>, in listening and guiding better, and in helping young people feel that their future has a path, meaning, and support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
