{"id":19638,"date":"2025-07-24T11:23:05","date_gmt":"2025-07-24T11:23:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/?p=19638"},"modified":"2025-07-24T14:11:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-24T14:11:36","slug":"today-in-barcelona-training-for-trainers-on-the-new-organic-law-3-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/en\/today-in-barcelona-training-for-trainers-on-the-new-organic-law-3-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Today in Barcelona: Training for Trainers on the New Organic Law 3\/2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today I had the opportunity to deliver a <strong>Training for Trainers<\/strong> session in Barcelona, focused on the challenges and opportunities brought by the <strong>New Organic Law 3\/2022 on the Organization and Integration of Vocational Education and Training<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a vocational education consultant and advocate, my aim in these sessions is to provide a <strong>clear and practical vision of this historic reform<\/strong>, which represents a <strong>profound change in how we understand vocational education in Spain<\/strong>, bringing us closer to European standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"461\" src=\"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-1024x461.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19633\" srcset=\"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-1024x461.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-300x135.jpg 300w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-768x346.jpg 768w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-1536x691.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-2048x922.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20250723_115051-1320x594.jpg 1320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In collaboration with <strong>Moveu from Spain to Europe<\/strong>, we explored the key pillars of this law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A more integrated and flexible VET system<\/strong>, connecting pathways and allowing each person to build their own educational journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dual VET as a central element<\/strong>, fostering closer and more meaningful collaboration between companies and educational institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recognition of competences and lifelong learning<\/strong>, aligning our system with the European qualifications framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The New Law 3\/2022 is not just about regulations; it is an <strong>opportunity for transformation<\/strong>.
