It has been an enriching and deeply emotional experience for both of us. He has provided the energy, enthusiasm, and desire to move forward. I have provided my experience and my commitment to his personal and professional development. And the result has been a great ending\u2026 or rather, a great beginning for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentoring transforms, and not just the young person. As a mentor, I take away as much as I give.
