{"id":18614,"date":"2025-04-29T09:48:20","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T09:48:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/?p=18614"},"modified":"2025-04-29T10:03:19","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T10:03:19","slug":"chlorellanet-tech-sustainable-innovation-from-the-heart-of-vocational-training-in-reus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/en\/chlorellanet-tech-sustainable-innovation-from-the-heart-of-vocational-training-in-reus\/","title":{"rendered":"ChlorellaNet Tech: sustainable innovation from the heart of vocational training in Reus"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pioneering project that combines in vitro cultivation with regenerated water and microalgae for greener agriculture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We visited the <strong>ChlorellaNet Tech<\/strong> lab at the <strong>Institut d\u2019Horticultura i Jardineria de Reus<\/strong>, where <strong>Nuria Ferr\u00e9 Huget<\/strong>, the soul and leader of the project, showed us how <strong>Vocational Education<\/strong> can lead innovation and environmental care hand in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project explores the use of <strong>Chlorella vulgaris<\/strong>, a microalgae with regenerative properties, applied to <strong>in vitro seed cultivation<\/strong> (like barley and lettuce). Using <strong>reclaimed or treated water<\/strong> and nutrient media enriched with Chlorella, they achieve <strong>fast and effective germination<\/strong>, opening doors to a more sustainable form of agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the support of <strong>Aig\u00fces de Reus<\/strong>, <strong>CaixaBank Dualiza<\/strong>, and <strong>FPEmpresa<\/strong>, this initiative not only promotes <strong>circular economy and sustainability<\/strong>, but also highlights the power of <strong>Vocational Education as a driver of change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd2c\ud83c\udf31 From Reus, the future of agriculture is growing in a green, committed lab.<br>\ud83d\udce9 Want to know more?
