That is to say, to know if a project has achieved its objectives, the changes made in the planning or the capacity it would have to fulfill them.<\/p>

In a project evaluation, information for decision making is always produced. Therefore, it can also be considered as an orientation to improve the effectiveness of projects in relation to their objectives, in addition to promoting greater efficiency in the allocation of resources.
