{"id":20821,"date":"2025-10-22T16:25:13","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T16:25:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/?p=20821"},"modified":"2025-10-22T16:29:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T16:29:55","slug":"%f0%9f%8c%b1-quan-les-aliances-transformen-la-formacio-professional-en-motor-de-futur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/ca\/%f0%9f%8c%b1-quan-les-aliances-transformen-la-formacio-professional-en-motor-de-futur\/","title":{"rendered":"\ud83c\udf31 Quan les aliances transformen la Formaci\u00f3 Professional en motor de futur"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El passat 21 d&#8217;octubre del 2025, es va dur a terme una acci\u00f3 que reflecteix el veritable sentit de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre empresa i educaci\u00f3: la donaci\u00f3 de material did\u00e0ctic per part de Teclisa a l&#8217;Institut ISB de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bamb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;enfortir la formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica dels alumnes de cicles formatius de FP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20782\" srcset=\"https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004-1320x990.jpg 1320w, https:\/\/antoniruiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG-20251021-WA0004.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta iniciativa, que he tingut l\u00b4honor d\u00b4impulsar i coordinar entre el departament de Sostenibilitat de Teclisa i l\u00b4equip docent de l\u00b4ISB, representa un pas m\u00e9s cap a una Formaci\u00f3 Professional connectada amb la realitat empresarial, orientada als valors de la sostenibilitat, l\u00b4efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica il\u00b4economia circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La donaci\u00f3 de materials procedents del Centre log\u00edstic de la companyia permetr\u00e0 que els estudiants puguin aprendre amb recursos reals del sector, millorant aix\u00ed la seva preparaci\u00f3 per a un mercat laboral en constant evoluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del gest solidari, aquesta acci\u00f3 demostra que quan empreses, institucions i centres educatius treballen de manera coordinada, la FP es converteix en una palanca de transformaci\u00f3 social. Un espai on la cooperaci\u00f3 genera coneixement, oportunitats i progr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a impulsor i coordinador del projecte, reafirmo el meu comprom\u00eds amb una formaci\u00f3 professional moderna, reconeguda i vinculada al m\u00f3n real, capa\u00e7 d&#8217;oferir als joves una sortida professional s\u00f2lida, sostenible i amb futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El meu agra\u00efment a Teclisa pel comprom\u00eds amb la sostenibilitat i l&#8217;aprenentatge t\u00e8cnic, ia l&#8217;equip docent de l&#8217;ISB de Barcelona per la seva implicaci\u00f3 en aquesta acci\u00f3 que uneix formaci\u00f3, empresa i responsabilitat social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
