Moltes empreses, en un intent de resoldre aquest desafiament, opten per solucions d&#8217;outsourcing o subcontractaci\u00f3, esquivant la responsabilitat de formar adequadament els seus empleats. Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica, tot i resoldre problemes temporals de demanda, no \u00e9s sostenible a llarg termini i comporta m\u00faltiples riscos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a expert en aquest sector, amb anys d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia que abasten des de l&#8217;aprenentatge fins a la direcci\u00f3, sostinc fermament que la clau per abordar aquesta problem\u00e0tica no rau en l&#8217;outsourcing, sin\u00f3 en la <strong>formaci\u00f3 integral i cont\u00ednua dels professionals<\/strong>. Un ofici tan complex i cr\u00edtic com l&#8217;el\u00e8ctric no es pot fragmentar segons les necessitats puntuals del mercat. No es tracta de fer servir persones \u201ca trams\u201d o \u201ca pes\u201d, sin\u00f3 de garantir que els t\u00e8cnics comptin amb tots els coneixements necessaris, d&#8217;acord amb les normatives i est\u00e0ndards del <strong>Reglament Electrot\u00e8cnic per a Baixa Tensi\u00f3 (REBT).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&#8217;outsourcing <\/strong>pot ser temptador per la seva aparent flexibilitat i reducci\u00f3 de costos a curt termini. Tot i aix\u00f2, rec\u00f3rrer a t\u00e8cnics \u201cpseudo-preparats\u201d nom\u00e9s per cobrir pics de treball compromet la qualitat del servei i la seguretat de les instal\u00b7lacions. Aquest enfocament utilitarista pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies greus, des de fallades operatives fins a accidents que podrien haver-se evitat amb una formaci\u00f3 adequada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apostar per la Formaci\u00f3 Integral dels treballadors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per resoldre la crisi de m\u00e0 d&#8217;obra al sector el\u00e8ctric, \u00e9s imperatiu que les empreses es converteixin en part de la soluci\u00f3, no del problema. Aix\u00f2 implica <strong>invertir en programes de formaci\u00f3 professional (FP) i en l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua dels seus empleats. <\/strong>La formaci\u00f3 no ha de ser vista com un cost sin\u00f3 com una inversi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica que garanteix la disponibilitat de personal qualificat, capa\u00e7 d&#8217;enfrontar els reptes tecnol\u00f2gics i digitals del futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cam\u00ed correcte per a les empreses del sector el\u00e8ctric passa per estructurar les seves plantilles amb <strong>empleats ben formats i acreditats<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s millora la qualitat del servei, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 eleva els est\u00e0ndards de la ind\u00fastria en conjunt. En un m\u00f3n on la tecnologia avan\u00e7a a passos de gegant, comptar amb professionals que dominin tots els aspectes del seu ofici \u00e9s crucial per mantenir la competitivitat i la seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al meu entendre, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;advocar per un <strong>comprom\u00eds seri\u00f3s i sostingut amb la formaci\u00f3 integral dels professionals del sector el\u00e8ctric<\/strong>. M\u00e9s FP i formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua amb Certificats de Professionalitat (CP) s\u00f3n essencials per contrarestar el desconeixement professional i garantir l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia al servei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les empreses han de deixar de veure la formaci\u00f3 com una despesa i comen\u00e7ar a veure-la com la <strong>inversi\u00f3 m\u00e9s estrat\u00e8gica del seu futur<\/strong>. Siguem seriosos i apostem per una m\u00e0 d\u00b4obra qualificada i ben formada.
